In addition, we provide full service luxury renovations, additions, and remodeling, incorporating intelligent design and the implementation of energy-efficient technologies to meet our clients’ needs.

This fantastic house in Henlopen Acres needed a major upgrade in the owner’s suite and the kitchen. Our client had very specific design concepts and we were able to work hand in hand to completely transform these areas. By reshaping the kitchen we are able to provide a much more efficient kitchen space. The client selections were nothing short of spectacular and the finished product is absolutely stunning.

The concept for Renew was developed by members of the Schell Brothers team to fill a gap in client needs that was not currently being met. The team at Schell Brothers, Echelon Custom Homes, and Zero Energy were turning away clients who were looking for renovations, additions, and remodeling because we did not have a dedicated way to provide the red carpet treatment associated with our normal projects. In addition, we did not have a way to help clients take advantage of the most recent advances in efficient technologies.
The federal tax credits, concerns for the environment, and new ways to reduce home energy costs have provided numerous incentives for clients to upgrade their homes. These driving factors led our team to create a new business with a full-time staff dedicated to providing energy retrofits and luxury renovations, additions, and remodeling with intelligent energy design. Thus, Renew was born and designed to provide the quality you expect from a Schell Brothers company and, most importantly, a level of service unmatched in the industry.
